Terms and Conditions

ALL BOOKINGS ARE AT THE DESECRETION OF IVY LODGE 

 

Please ALWAYS DRIVE SLOWLY ON SITE and on the lane entering or leaving Ivy Lodge. 

 

All visitors must report to reception on arrival 

 

Completion of a booking form or payment is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions at the time of booking. Anyone found breaking the terms and conditions will be asked to leave immediately. All deposits and payments are non transferable in the event of a cancellation. Once on site if you have to leave early payments will be retained in full. Please pay on arrival.

 

Please note Ivy Lodge does not provide refunds in the event of bad weather. 

 

Parking is on your pitch only. If you have visitors coming to see you they must leave their vehicles at the parking area by the house. 

 

ALL VISITORS must pay if they are visiting for the day or staying the night. Please fill in a visitor form at reception.  ALL CARS MUST BE REGISTERED on arrival. Sleeping in cars is STRICTLY PROHIBITED 

 

LARGE COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are not allowed on site. Please contact us for other parking arrangements if needed

 

Your pitch is for your use only. Please do not encroach onto another pitch. 

 

In the event of bad weather you may be asked to park away from your pitch

 

Young children are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY at all times. Please DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD UNATTENDED. Children MUST be accompanied when using the shower block. Children MUST NEVER BE ON A FISHING PLATFORM UNATTENDED. Children ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY NEAR THE ELSAN POINT. 

 

Dogs must be kept on a short lead at ALL TIMES. Dogs must be kept on your pitch only. DO NOT allow your dog to go onto another pitch. Dogs ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE  SHOWER BLOCK AT ANY TIME. Dogs must never be left unattended and must  NEVER BE LEFT IN A UNIT ALONE. 

 

ALL DOG MESS MUST BE CLEANED UP and mess put into the bins. YOUR DOG IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Ivy Lodge does not accept liability for any damage caused by dogs. The owner of the dog will be liable for any damage caused. 

 

ALL WASTE FROM CARAVANS ETC MUST BE PUT INTO THE ELSAN POINT AND NEVER DOWN THE TOILETS 

 

BBQ’s are allowed but MUST be kept off the grass. Please make sure BBQ’s are out before you leave them. FIRE PITS ARE NOT ALLOWED 

 

Please always use the bins provided and do not leave litter. We have a recycling bin please dispose of your litter correctly. The bins are for general waste only. Please take all large items with you. 

 

GENERATORS are not allowed on site

 

PLEASE SEE SEPARATE RULES AND ADVICE FOR FISHING 

 

IVY LODGE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE WHILE  YOU ARE ON SITE
